Paul approached me needing a brand new website for his student property rentals business. The main objective of the site was to provide information for prospective tenants on the available properties. The more information that could be given from the website, the less time Paul would have to spend answering enquiry emails.

Design

We decided that a modern, fresh and funky style was needed to appeal to the student market. On top of this we wanted the site to be easy to use and navigate.

Layout

The site is based on a three column grid system. The main website tool, the property search, sits in the prime position on most pages.

A sidebar on the property pages provides key info at a glance.

Development

The site is built on WordPress and uses custom post types for easy management of properties. There is a Google Map page that automatically adds new properties to the map, and adjusts it’s size to fit them all in.

Their testimonial in full

Keith designed and built our web site for our student property rental business. Being technophobes, we were reliant on Keith to design and build it to our vague, non technical brief. The whole process was incredibly smooth. The end result is a fantastic web site, well beyond our expectations, with great functionality, and it is easy to navigate. We have had numerous comments from our customers that the web site is very good. It is also built on  a platform that makes it very simple and quick for us to update it on a regular basis.

The web site has been instrumental in us making huge strides forward in our business.

We would thoroughly recommend Keith for web site design and build .
