					<description><![CDATA[This is the correct way to add an image size and it should generate the needed metadata for it. Could the wrong thumbnails be the old images cached in the browser?

The only other reason I can think of at the moment would be for images uploaded before the theme was activated (i.e. before that new size was defined).]]></description>
